We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of ESG Analyst | Flexible Work Set up. For candidates who reside in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at MicroSourcing and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's/College Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱50,000 - ₱80,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Review and analysis of key asset manager, strategy and fund documents (e.g. ESG policies,
investment recommendation documents, track record of corporate engagement, and manager
reporting to investors on E, S and G results)
• Send ESG questionnaires to asset managers and interpret results
• Conduct ESG due diligence interviews with global asset managers (conference call and onsite)
• Document findings in detailed due diligence reports, including written narrative and identification
of risk factors using Castle Hall’s online risk management application
• Provide feedback to asset managers with respect to best practices and areas of potential
enhancement across ESG activities
• Identification and documentation of ongoing changes at the fund and management company
• Communication with clients to relay due diligence findings and proactively support our clients’
investment decision making process
• Attend webinars and / or ESG conferences, as required
• Other ad hoc projects as requested
