Our company KEDS Philippines is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & E-commerce, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of e-commerce associate and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for managing the tasks delegated by the E-Commerce Manager, coordinating with brands, stakeholders, and generally ensuring that the E-Commerce platforms are moving forward on time.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track and report E-commerce platform status.
- Monitor website performances and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
- Provide support to the E-Commerce Manager for major projects to carry out main duties.
- Handles the update and maintenance of the brand’s Shopify websites.
- Ensure that the E-Commerce project goals and objectives are achieved within the timeframe, budget, and guidelines.
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.
- Responds to first-level E-Commerce technical user support requests received via phone calls, email and in-person inquiries.
- Update project records for reference and reporting purposes.
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by the E-Commerce Manager or other top-ranking company officials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of 4-year college degree
- At least 2years experience in related E-Commerce.
- Must be detail oriented, excellent research and organizational skills.
- Willing to work physically in the Head Office, Ortigas Center, Pasig City every Mondays to Fridays.
