Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Customer Service Staff. The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Job description
Coreon Mobile Solutions, Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The CSO will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Job Requirement & Skills:
- Candidates must be at least College Graduate of any courses.
- OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE.
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service International or local Account.
- With Telco Background, preferably but not required.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
- Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Set up new customer accounts.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Manage customers’ accounts.
- Keep records of customer’s interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
