Ingredients
  

Masala Dosa

  • For Batter / Dosa Pindi - 2 cups rice
  • ½ cup urad Dal
  • ⅓ cup Chana Dal
  • 1 tsp Methi Seeds / Fenugreek

For aloo masala

  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprig
  • Ginger - ½ inch
  • Green chilli - 2-3
  • Onion - sliced
  • Turmeric - ½ tsp
  • Boiled Potatoes - 5
  • Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander - 1 tbsp

After Fermentation, to cook

  • Salt - as per taste
  • Oil - to roast dosas
