This position requires a full time working hours system which domiciled in Manila City and its surroundings.

The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

 Job Summary:

The position is responsible for efficient management of assigned account and ensuring that each project is executed based on agreed timelines, quality and budget. The position also ensures that the projected gross profit for the unit is attained.


1.   Grow and expand existing account assigned by the management

2.    Build executive level relationship

3.  Provide service to client including monitoring all phases of the assigned project/account and attending to concerns raised by client

4.   Coordinate with the different departments such as HR operations, Billing, Payroll etc. for the manning, legal and statutory requirements concerns

5.    Ensure that operational expenses are within the allotted budget

Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Must have at least 3 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management

Experience in a manpower industry is an advantage

Must have above average leadership skills
