Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Claims Support Specialist (WFH, Project-based with sign on bonus). For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join and becoming a part of our company to work in our office, Deployed Philippines Inc., and able to work under full time system.

If you are experienced in the field of Services & Tech & Helpdesk Support with a minimum degree of Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest and disciplined in work, we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱25,000 - ₱30,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

This is a 6-month project ONLY.

Management of auto and property claims:
- Manage claims in accordance with best practice and delegated authority limits to ensure the efficient and exquisite delivery of service
- Responsible for the lodgment
- Attach quotes and invoices for generated claim, labelled and numbered (as per process)
- Setting of reserve
- Processing of invoices received from suppliers
- Close management of and vigilance around claims costs
- Always adhering to best practice and working within your delegated authority to ensure cost effective claims service delivery
- Ensure the accuracy of our reserving vs payments
- Graduate of any college or university degree
- Minimum 1 year insurance experience in auto and/or property insurance
- Must have excellent eye for detail and has high regard with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to engage well with internal referral points
- The ability to work autonomously but without the fear of asking for help
- Team player and able to work well under pressure.
