Job Purpose:
The role of the Programme, Governance and Operations Analyst is to support the Programme, Governance and Operations Manager in providing the logistical oversight and management of the Global Privacy Office programmes, operations, and governance deliverables. This is with the objective to ensure privacy and data protection compliance is simple and accessible for all, whilst ensuring RX’s interests are safeguarded through effective documentation, audits, and programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
• The collation of programme updates from workstream leads and the production of programme summary updates to the Programme, Governance and Operations Manager
• Production of compliance and programme metrics and reporting
• Compliance risk and decision logging, including the production of high-level themes analysis and reporting.
• Supporting the RX Chief Privacy Officer in the implementation of privacy assurance reviews / audits of our business units and suppliers.
• Conduct regular reviews of the asset inventory to establish gaps and review schedules.
• Compliance administration including meeting minutes, documentation, and translation coordination.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in (any) of the following business administration, operations management, business compliance, business analytics, in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years analytical experience, ideally within a compliance function.
• With knowledge in risk management.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• The role holder must be comfortable in communicating with all levels of the organisation, and, understand and articulate technical detail.
• At least an interest in data privacy and data protection compliance, and a willingness and ability to learn a proficient level of knowledge of our high-level compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work GMT time zone.
• Strong MS Office skills to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
