We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Business Development Associate in our business office, CORDIALINX TECH CORPORATION.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree or even higher and greatly experienced in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
- Has a good understanding of the hospitality business (preferred).
- Prior work exposure in hospitality setup in Front Office or Rooms Division, where Property Management Systems are used for daily tasks such as Check-in/out, Room blockings, Rates, etc. is a plus.
- Prior experience with Infor HMS Property Management System or Opera PMS is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong presentation skills.
