We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Main Duties
- Responsible for the overall management and key owner of new project developments from conceptualization to project implementation and turnover. Leads, oversees, implements, and initiates all activities in each project development phase including but not limited to market research and competitive analysis, conceptual planning development, product and pricing analysis, complete project Gantt Chart, project cost and budget finalization, permits and licenses, and project financing.
Mini Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course, preferably with an MBA
- With 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry at the same level of capacity
- Considerable experience in project development and design concept, market research/market study, and feasibility studies.
