As a professiona company, the minimum criteria we need for candidates interested is Bachelor's/College Degree which experienced in Sales/Marketing & Marketing/Business Dev.

The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

Develops and executes marketing programs that enhances brand identity; To help achieve Company’s sales and profit objectives increases awareness trial and repeat purchase of the Company and its Products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Corporate Branding
a. Assists in planning, strategizing and executing marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
b. Defines product strategies and road maps
c. Develops effective product positioning in the market
d. Launches and oversees advertising and media planning
a. Researches and determine product weaknesses and areas for improvement
b. Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation and consumer insight development
3. Marketing Activities, promotions
a. Coordinate activities involved in the brand positioning of the products
b. Oversee Company marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organization’s marketing message.
c. Source partnership with local entities that will help local store marketing in increasing traffic, sales and brand awareness.
d. Develop and implement internal marketing program
e. Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
4. Website and online presence
a. Plans and manages the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
b. Regularly monitors sites that feature ArmyNavy to see insights, reviews and comments
c. Randomly checks for competitor pricing, promos and activities online
5. Competitive Monitoring
a. Checks direct competitors pricing, marketing promos, sales profit, etc.
a. Support the Marketing Head on day to day marketing activities
– Graduate of Marketing or any related courses
– At least 3 years related work experience
– Leadership Skills , strong multi-tasking skills
– Organized and attentive to details
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good computer skills (Microsoft office, i.e. word, excel)
