To candidates with High School Diploma which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting, we WNS Global Services, Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as banking and finance specialist | libis site and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Quezon City and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱17,000 - ₱19,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description:
Communicate with customers in Professional Manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.
Qualifications:
• Must be a High School Graduate
• Must have at least 6 months BPO experience, preferably handling a Financial / Banking account
• Must have solid upselling skills
• Good Communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Willing to work on Shifting Schedules, Weekends / Holidays
• Can start immediately
• Must be willing to work onsite
