We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Manufacturing with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.
We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. The Production Supervisor role will be for the production line of Kitchens and Modular Cabinets. You will be leading our Production Team with your experience and know-how for both Production and Installation of every project.You will be directly reporting to the Plant Manager, who will support
you and your team in reaching peak monthly output. There will be instances where you will also have to meet with clients along with your Sales Representative counterparts to discuss technical details and requirements.
Responsibilities
. Should be able to execute Modular Cabinet and Kitchen Plans into
production.
. Must read and understand Design Plans and do cost estimation.
. Supervise Production and Installation of cabinets.
. Do site inspection and measurement
. Must be able to present and discuss technical specification of
products to clients.
. Ensure that cost margins are kept safe and Production and Installation
quality is assured.
Qualifications
. Experienced in Production and Installation of Kitchens and Modular
Cabinets.
. 5 Years of experience
. Vocational School
