Administration Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities
The Administration Assistant will be based either in Makati or Manila, and under the overall supervision of the Office Manager, he/she would carry out the following tasks:
· Administrative duties of the Project office e.g. drafting and typing letters of routine communication, photocopying, preparing and cataloguing documents, assist in preparing presentation materials and workshop documentation, etc.;
· Arrange appointments, receiving visitors, placing and screening telephone calls, responding to routine requests for information;
· Assist in making travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and car reservations for the project team;
· Draft correspondence on routine matters, and typing a wide variety of materials and operates MS Office;
· Send, receive and screen correspondence and attaching necessary background information;
· Maintain office records and reference files on various subjects;
· Arrange for visas and other documentation required for international consultants;
· Maintain timesheets and leave records of project staff;
· Assist in carrying out meetings, workshops, seminars, etc;
· Perform other tasks as may be required.

Required Skills and Experience
Education:
· Preferably University degree
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years overall admin and project management experience, 2 years must be on an ODA
project, preferably JICA;
· Must be proficient with use of MS Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel).
Language:
· Fluency of Filipino & English languages are extremely required (Oral & Written).
Duration of the Work:
· 2-3 years contract. Working days will be Mondays to Fridays.
