We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Clerical/Administrative Support and domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Job qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all shared services
- Assist the Director in preparing high-level reports
- Organize all major meetings of the group
- General support and assistance to the Office of the Group Director/executive assistant role
- Support and assistance in key projects and initiatives of the Group and the company
- Manage reservation of all Conference Rooms
