Our company, J. H. Pajara Construction Corp. is currently opening occasion for those of you who are interested in becoming a part of our company specifically Pasig City and its surrounding areas. For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

- Experienced in Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Qualifications:
1. Graduate of Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
2. With at least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction industry
3. With experience in the areas of general accounting, taxation, budget and audit among others
A. Over-All Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of the books
2. Reports to the Management
3. Ensures the financial viability if the company
4. Auditing
5. Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy
B. Key Duties:
1. Ensure that all adjusting entries are entered into the database
2. Coordinate with the external auditors during interim and annual audit
3. Administer personnel functions of accounting division such as training, work scheduling, performance ratings, promotions, and transfers.
4. Supervise the compilation of data using statistical studies and analysis of previous and current years to prepare budgets and justify funds requested for.
5. Periodically review operating and capital expenses and budgets
6. Prepare and recommend budgets for management approval and analyze trends that affect the budget.
