We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Services & Customer Service and domiciled in Taguig City and surrounding areas.
Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account/service maintenance, and other products/services

- Must be 18 and above
- At least HS graduate
- At least 6 months of call center experience is preferred but not required
- Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
- Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
- Must be willing to work on site

- Must exhibit active listening
- Must have keen attention to details
- Must have good conversational skills
- Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting
